The shower was amazing, with great water pressure. And the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions like the waterfront. the property was also well-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen.

The cleaning was not up to scratch and the carpets were in need of a wash. the shower in the main bathroom was not very convenient, but we made do with the other showers available.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and cozy, giving me a comfortable feeling throughout my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate around. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with ramps and elevators available to assist individuals with mobility challenges.

It would have been even better if there were more staff available to assist us during our stay, especially for senior guests like myself.

The area was fantastic, felt very safe with the security guards on every corner. The apartment was very good on first inspection, however, the stairs were very dangerous and some urgent maintainence was needed to fix the lights, pool pump and TV

The staff were not very helpful when my partner had an accident in the apartment, they were also very slow to do any maintainence on the property.

Three spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Relaxing jacuzzi. Convenient location near shops, gym, and restaurants. Beautiful views from upstairs. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cockroaches in kitchen and living room. Construction site just next door, was not indicated when making the booking. Fire alarm went off 3 times one night, nobody from Waterkant could be reached even on emergency number.

The cottage was like a home away from home - spacious, well-equipped, and with a fully fitted kitchen. the rooftop deck provided stunning views of Cape Town and the harbor. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a grocer within walking distance. the location was perfect for exploring all the sights in Cape Town, including Table Mountain and V&A Waterfront.

Individual cottages in an attractive location within walking distance (20 mins) of Waterfront or Town Centre. Secure parking was an advantage. Felt safe as guards were around the whole area day and night. Good local restaurants. Helpful staff (once an issue of purported breakages was resolved)! Recommended.

Pool area a bit small and overlooked. Sun loungers on our terrace were padlocked to the wall. The WiFi didn't work.The security requirements being Cape Town are a bit off-putting at first, but apart from the occasional harrassment, did not feel threatened at any time.

Very central and well equiped making it a real 'home from home'. House was clean and very comfortable and many small details attended to.

On arrival I found out the location is in the heart of the 'gay district' of Cape Town as there was some festival on. This did not bother me as I was on this occassion travelling alone but I would not have been too comfortable if I had been traveling with young children. May be there should be a mention of this fact on the property decription?
